Due the family roots on which this company is based to, we strive to remain faithful to the ethical and moral conduct of our founder, Mr. Juan Alsina Albareda, and to transmit his values to our products and services,Alsina’s mission, vision and values are a true reflection of this commitment. To this end,they are included in all of Alsina’s personnel training manuals, so they can be understood and respected.
Likewise, as part of the Management Feedback process carried out each year, , we analyze how each of our collaborators ransmits the principles underlying Alsina’s values to their day-to-day activities.
