CONSTANT INNOVATION
Our systems have advanced hand in hand with our international expansion, to adapt to the characteristics of all the cultures and markets where we are present.

BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a technology that in recent years has been postulated as the successor to CAD software. BIM allows not only to represent elements or solutions in three dimensions, but also to transmit to the client information and data such as the characteristics of the materials that make it up, costs and others in the study of their work during the construction phase and the maintenance phase of any building or work in general.

AlsinaVR is a project within the range of Alsina Tech digital innovation projects from the Alsina Group that allows you to view our products in Virtual Reality (VR) and thus obtain information about our systems, see construction details and analyze construction layouts concrete in a totally immersive way.

Alsina In Touch is a project within the range of projects from Alsina Tech digital innovation, from the Alsina group. It allows us to get closer to the worksites of clients, suppliers and warehouses without having to move the group’s specialists.
The aim is to provide immediate support to the worksite by using virtual reality glasses incorporated into an individual protection helmet.
With Alsina In Touch software, you can:
- Real time: Instant and live support
- Red dot: Live instructions with red dot
- Annotations: Text and marks in screenshots of works
- Documentation: Sending images, plans, videos, etc.
- Multiplatform: Support for mobile phones, tablets and glasses
- Zoom: Focusing on details
- Remote desktop: Sharing screen and content remotely
Thanks to this technology, we can save construction costs by reducing stops in the progress of the construction with faster access to assistance. In addition, it allows you to keep a record of calls and solutions to problems raised.
Alsina In Touch
can be used in wet, dusty, hot, dangerous and noisy industrial environments. It is a
fully rugged device that is mounted on safety helmets and can be used with glasses or safety goggles. The high-resolution microscreen fits just below your line of vision and is displayed as a 7” tablet.
It works with a completely hands-free voice control. This means that there is no need to scroll, swipe or touch, just simple voice commands. In addition, its large battery allows you to use it for up to 8 hours and anywhere with mobile coverage, as it has an integrated SIM card.

ShowRoom360 is a three-dimensional virtual exhibition where different products and solutions from the Alsina range are displayed using photogrammetry techniques.Accessible from our website, it allows the customer to consult the characteristics of the showroom in an interactive and immersive way. and the possibilities offered by our products without having to travel or prepare any in-person visit.

WareHouse360 is a three-dimensional virtual tour showing an Alsina warehouse and the different reception, cleaning, conditioning and repair of our Alsina range of products using photogrammetry techniques. Accessible from our website, it allows the customer to learn a little more about the characteristics of our facilities in an interactive and immersive way without having to travel to any of our warehouses around the world.
32 years ago, Alsina was a pioneering company in the implementation of CAD. Juan Alsina saw the need to develop its own programs that would further streamline the study of the works.
We have already developed multiple AlsiCAD projects and they are grouped into two categories:
- Programs for complete systems, such as the latest and most ambitious, AlsiCAD Walls, which is capable of adapting formwork solutions to all types of walls.
- Generic add-ons and utilities adapted to our needs, among which the automatic counting of articles from the CAD studies stands out.
We will continue to automate the drawing of the formwork studies and optimize the available resources to the maximum.
The software that has been developed recently and that will be developed from now on, incorporate 3D articles. In addition, they incorporate generic public information and information reserved only for our technicians.
All this is part of the steps we are taking towards the new way of working: Building Information Modeling (BIM).
BIM is a native 3-dimensional work environment with data integrated into the articles of the studies and solutions offered to our clients. The client accesses online the technical characteristics of each article present in the study of their work during the construction phase and the maintenance phase of any building or work in general.
In the final development phase are AlsiCAD Bridges (a software that distributes the articles for formwork for the lower part of elevated viaducts) and AlsiCAD Slabs (an ambitious program for horizontal formwork, which brings together and improves the existing ones, and incorporates a new one: Vistaform Slabs).
